SCENARIO ONE:

The buying out, and so merging of two companies into one, have left a chasm within the newly formed company. One company operates from certain values and culture, while the company who bought out the former has their own vision and plans for the future. Insecurity, fear, collision of personality and positions ensue causing even more fear and anxiety. By natural consequence, control and conformity are on the rise. 

SCENARIO TWO:

A growing Non-Profit is experiencing a surge in people who are in need of, not only items and financial support, but more of a presence within their community. A new space has been purchased in order to facilitate the communities growing youth population. Volunteers are growing  in number, and so too is an increasing desire for development and connection amongst volunteers.

SCENARIO THREE:

Youth of many ages have voiced a desire to learn how to sing with strength and freedom. Some are looking for a place to connect with others while growing in confidence themself. They have used media platforms but are now looking for something more substantial with face to face friendship.

SCENARIO FOUR:

Two diverse families have joined together through marriage. Cultural backgrounds differ, personalities clash at times, and ages vary across the board. Excitement fills this new family, as well as a nervousness because there is a desire to grow together and they are not too sure of the tools to use or how to thrive in this new life together. 

SCENARIO FIVE:

Many individuals are seeking One on One time with someone who will be a sounding board. Someone who can help them organize life with fresh ideas or insights into pragmatic plans. From cleaning their home, to communication insights, to start-up business ideas and collaboration. There is no ceiling over the heads of those who come together to expand their lives by expanding themselves.
